Cato Mott
Cato is a technology executive and servant-leader whose career and calling are both marked by the same defining qualities: discipline, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to others.
As Chief Information Officer at Elevate Health Technologies, Cato is responsible for defining and executing the organization's technology vision — aligning platform strategy, data systems, and engineering capabilities to support growth in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. He brings nearly two decades of progressive leadership to the role, including nine years at BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy where, as Director of Software Engineering, he led enterprise-wide cloud migrations to Microsoft Azure, implemented DevOps and Agile methodologies, and architected HIPAA-compliant solutions at scale. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Memphis, where he also served as a student-athlete on the football team.
The perseverance and integrity developed through athletics and a long career in technology have carried seamlessly into his faith life. Raised in a Christian household, Cato has been shaped by a love for God that continues to deepen. For more than 13 years, he has served as Director of Outreach Ministries at his local church, leading with consistency and quiet strength. His ministry has taken him to churches, homeless shelters, schools, and international platforms — where he delivers the gospel with straightforward truth and steadfast faith, always expectant for what God has in store.
